All our fabrics, wallpapers and memos can be ordered directly through our office info@lewisandwood.com

Trade customers are welcome to apply for an account to access trade pricing and place memo orders online.

Dispatch times

• Wide width wallpapers: usually within 4 weeks once paid
• Printed fabrics: usually within 3-4 weeks once paid

We print to order in our own workshop, which means less waste and more accuracy but slightly longer lead times than off-the-shelf fabrics and wallpapers.

Returns

Checks on arrival

When your order arrives please check:

• The design and colourway are correct
• The quantity is correct
• There are no faults

If goods are sent directly to your decorator/workroom, ask them to check before use. 

We cannot accept responsibility after the fabric has been cut.

Disclaimer

• All returns need to be in their original packaging
• The return of all non-faulty goods will incur a restocking charge of 20%
• Wide width wallpapers are printed to order so cannot be returned
• We cannot accept any returns after 12 weeks of invoice date
